Physical activity can be in the form of regular movement throughout the day or in the form of structured exercise. Multiple benefits are seen when we move more and sit less. Physical activity leads to better weight management, improved sleep, and reduced inflammation. 

As your Integrative Health Coach: 

We will review your current physical activity.

We will follow the current physical activity guidelines to optimize movement in survivorship.

I will educate you on ways to increase your activity and movement.

I will assist you in defining your physical activity goals and guide you toward meeting them.

I will support you along the way to work through any barriers.
